BRICKFORCE
A mesh that consists of two parallel wires joined by welded crosswires and is used for brick enforcement and to strengthens wall panels. It is designed for structural reinforced masonry applications and provides cracking control benefits. It also facilitates the use of thinner walls and/or greater spans and assists with wind load resistance. It’s a cost-effective reinforcement solution for tying walls together and provision of durability and stability for block-work construction.
GALVANISED WALL TIES
Made from galvanized stainless steel wire, wall ties are used to connect cavity brick walls as one unit and also prevents moisture from travelling across them. HOOP IRON
Hoop Iron, also known as reinforcement wires, is a multi-purpose welded steel strip that is used in brickwork to reinforce the structure and improve its stability. Typically made of galvanized steel and is commonly used for bracing non structural timber and bonding masonry, such as the framing of houses in various connections and applications. It is flexible and easy to bend around rafters and beams.
REINFORCING STEEL BAR
Y-Bar also known as reinforcing steel bar or Rebar, is a micro-alloyed steel bar used to as a tension device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to aid and strengthen concrete under tension. Rebars greatly increases the tensile strength of the structure and the pattern on its surface facilitates superior bonding, stress distribution, and crack-width control. They can also be cut to serve different purposes and functionalities that require different lengths.
WELDED STEEL REINFORCING MESH
Reinforcing Welded Mesh is made up of galvanized high-strength steel welded through a pre-programmed and automated process using complex welding techniques to form square or rectangular grids. It is strong and durable and is used to add robustness, toughness and stability to concrete in construction applications, preventing risk of future cracking and damaging moisture seepage. It is ideal in helping to secure the foundations of construction projects.
CUT & BENT STEEL
Prefabricated bars customised as per requirement and exact specifications such as stirrups and rings. This ensures that only the required quantity and size of the bars are provided to the customer. They are ribbed steel bar of high tensile steel designed for use as a tension device in reinforced concrete structures to strengthen and bond with the concrete.
